These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of transportation services by AD Transfers, operated by Alberto José de Sousa Diogo, in Portugal. By making a booking request through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

AD Transfers provides private transportation and chauffeur services, including airport transfers, intercity transfers, golf transfers, private tours, and tailor-made services.

All bookings made through the website are considered booking requests. A booking is only considered confirmed after explicit confirmation by email.

2. Booking Process

Bookings can be made through the website booking or contact forms. Clients must provide accurate and complete information, including pickup details, contact information, and any special requirements.

AD Transfers reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking request if the provided information is incomplete, incorrect, or misleading.

3. Prices and Payments

When a price is presented during the booking process, it represents the final price for the requested service.

Payment is not processed online. Payment is made directly to the driver or as agreed after booking confirmation.

4. Confirmation of Service

A transportation service is only considered confirmed once the client receives a confirmation email from AD Transfers.

Until confirmation is issued, AD Transfers is under no obligation to provide the requested service.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and modification policies are handled on a flexible, case-by-case basis.

Clients are encouraged to inform AD Transfers as soon as possible in the event of any cancellation or change to their booking request.

6. Flight Delays and Waiting Time

For airport transfers, flight arrivals are monitored whenever flight information is provided.

A maximum waiting time of 60 minutes after the scheduled or updated arrival time is included. Extended waiting times may be subject to additional charges or service adjustments.

7. Luggage

Standard luggage is included in the service.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the amount and size of luggage correspond to the selected service and vehicle capacity.

8. Children and Minors

AD Transfers provides transportation services that may include children and infants when booked by a responsible adult.

Child seats and booster seats are available upon request and are provided in accordance with Portuguese law. Clients must inform AD Transfers of the need for child or baby seats at the time of booking.

The adult making the booking is fully responsible for ensuring that all passenger information provided is accurate and that all minors are accompanied by a responsible adult.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.

Any delays caused by the client may result in waiting time limitations or service adjustments.

10. Limitation of Liability

AD Transfers shall not be held responsible for delays, service interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather conditions, accidents, road closures, or force majeure events.

11. Personal Data

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by the website’s Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Website Use

The content of this website is provided for general information purposes only. AD Transfers makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information but does not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
